white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 怎能忘，我们姐弟跟随父母在江西萍师、高师、宜师的校园里幸福的长大。尤其在高安师范学校，简单、快乐、无忧无虑的生活，至今记忆犹新。眼前常出现一幅幅美丽的画面：年轻的父亲兼职总值班，他时刻高度关注校园动态，是位大忙人；母亲兼任女生辅导员，常在宿舍与学生促膝谈心；正值小小少年品学兼优的老大、老二带着小不点弟妹在校园嬉戏、在图书馆借阅各类图书画册；帶着小弟妹在学校食堂餐桌用膳时，为工作忙碌的父母却常常“缺席”。孩子们的理解和乖巧，在校内一时传为佳话。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 记得 六十年代初三年自然灾害时期，为了解决孩子们的温饱问题（那时，我们姐弟四又正值生长发育期，饥肠辘辘），父亲一马当先，利用星期天，辛劳的开荒种地。父亲带着我们种下南瓜籽，栽下红薯苗……收获季节，领我们姐弟采摘丰收的果实，给我们娓娓道来“勤劳”、“自力更生”的故事，引经据典。我们快乐地收获着主食和精神食粮。然而，由于开荒、上山挑水浇菜等超负荷重体力劳动，父亲因此也落下了腰痛病。正是：父亲是顶粱柱，父爱如山！ </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 天有不测风云。“文革”逆境时，父母因“臭老九”遭受迫害。但他们表现的是一个知识分子可敬的坚守，是非分明，把隐忧埋藏在心底，传递给我们的仍然是乐观和希望。下放农村时，父母身住牛棚，心系农民。双亲克服困难，主动为生产队农民创办夜校、定期出黑板报，努力提高社员们的文化；教唱革命歌曲，开展娱乐活动，丰富生活。那时，在暗淡的煤油灯下，父亲的二胡拉唱和社员们的齐唱是一道最靓丽的风景。落实政策后，父母返城社员们依依不舍，十八里相送。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 记忆中的肖老师算不上美女，在她身上却有一种脱俗的贵气和名门的光环。知识女性特有的沉稳谦和，大气豁达，让人看一眼便肃然起敬，永不忘记。肖老师在学校是专门教高中语文的，也是学校教务主任，在学校师生中享有很高的威望和极好的口碑。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 1960年我12岁，考入江西省宜春中学，编在初一（2）班，与肖老师的大女儿湘涟同班，还是好朋友，课余或周末经常会去她家玩耍，有时还蹭饭。“蹭饭”一般是在湘涟的爸爸王老师下乡回来的时候。王老师在地区文教局工作，经常下乡，有时会从乡下背回来一点红薯。当时正值三年自然灾害时期，我总是和肖老师的四个孩子一起分享这难得的营养食品，直至今日我都爱吃红薯。我还很爱吃酱油拌饭，有时会买酱油，用她家的油熬成酱油汤，放在寝室里拌饭，也是当时的美味。现在想起来，在那个物质极端匮乏的年代，什么都是定量供应，食用油堪比金子还贵重，我去蹭油，是多么的不懂事。印象最深的是有一次湘涟爸爸从很远的农村洪江背回来一块腊肉，记那天湘涟喜滋滋的偷偷告诉我：“我爸爸回来了耶，还带了腊肉回来，晚上到我家去吃。”期待了一天，晚饭时我带着从食堂分的定量饭，如约而至。湘涟爸爸妈妈都很高兴，家里喜气洋洋的，早已把腊肉蒸好，那肥肉透明透明的，瘦肉深红深红的，散发着阵阵腊肉的香味。一进门，湘涟便给我的饭上夹了一块大大的腊肉，腊肉足有半个巴掌那么大，厚厚的。吃着腊肉真觉着像过年一样，那个美味让我记忆了一辈子。肖老师、王老师的大方善良也让我记忆了一辈子。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 记得是升入高二刚开学不久，一天课外活动时，肖老师去找我，在校园400米跑道操场上面的土台子上，肖老师很郑重的和我谈了一次话，是第一次也是唯一的一次。这次谈话的主要内容是准备推荐我到校学生会担任文艺部长，我当时感觉特别突然，很紧张，不敢表态。于是肖老师开导我，叫我不要害怕，说这是一个很好的学习锻炼的机会，也是学校对你的信任。老师的目光沉静而温和，我感受到了目光里的鼓励、期许，和信任。我信心满满的接受了肖老师的举荐。随后肖老师又叮嘱我好好向部长学姐学习，处理好工作和学习的关系，不要影响学习等等。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 进入校学生会后，果然工作性质和班级文娱委员有很大的不同。毛梅芳学姐一步一步带领我进入工作状态，领我上电影院审核当期电影（当时认为这是老师干的事情，即新奇又自豪）；我们精确计划使用有限的电影经费，尽可能多的为全校师生包场看电影；组织班级文娱委员的培训；下到班级具体指导文艺节目的排练；配合学校中心工作，开展歌咏比赛等各类文娱活动。学校一年一度的年末大型文艺晚会也由我报幕。我会将整台节目整合编排，用朗诵词上下衔接，将简单的报幕升华为现代版的主持人模型，……。第二年毛梅芳学姐毕业了，我便全面主持学校文艺部的工作，学校给我配了一位学弟张引做助手。此后参与管理、得到锻炼的机会更多了。凡是校文娱活动方面的工作，学校都放手让文艺部去抓去管，我们的新想法新安排学校都很支持，老师很少干预。这样的工作平台，锻炼了我勤思考、有主见的独立工作能力和组织管理能力。在当时，学校还经常有学生参与的对外活动，很多时候学校会委派我参加并做代表发言。我的口头表达能力、对外交往能力就是从那时起锻练出来的，这使我受益终身。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
