<h1>〖嘉影快报〗2019年4月10日上午，“国培计划”湖南省首批中华优秀传统文化基地校校长培训班来到岳阳市君山区许市黄金小学进行现场考察。上午九点三十分钟到达学校之后，学校返聘的退休教师胡铁汉老先生介绍了学校文化；随后参观了学校的油菜园；观摩了学校的大课间，亲自感受了学校的龙狮表演；参观了学校的“农耕文化”园；最后到达国学馆。在国学馆，黄金小学金昌华校长介绍了学校创办传统文化特色学校的经验，书法老师胡铁汉介绍了书法特色的建设过程、方法与策略；最后，湖南省中小学教师发展中心副主任李再湘先生对黄金小学的书法特色给予了充分的肯定，并且强调了书法特色学校的创建必须强化“专业化、标准化、制度化、程序化”的创建模式，同时向校长提出了“乘势而上，借势而为，造势而立”的破维策略。会后，书法家李再湘先生给学校留下了“虎山添异彩，黄金铸辉煌”的书法作品。</h1> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
