春回大地，万物勃发竞风流；雄关如铁 ，众志成城从头越。2019年3月28日春和景明、惠风和畅。盼望已久的旬邑县中考英语学科研讨会在职田中学如约而至。本次活动由旬邑县教育局组织，教研室承办，全县16所中学的九年级英语老师共同参与。大会在职田中学校长孟嘉彬的欢迎词中拉开了序幕！                           

Spring is back to the earth,.everything is arrogant.On March 28, 2019, The long-waited Xunyi County Senior High School English Course Seminar is held at the ZhiTian middle school. The event was organized by the Xunyi County Educational Bureau and the teaching and research section. The English teachers in Grade9 from 16 middle schools attened this important meeting . The meeting began with the warm welcome of the haedmaster of ZhiTian middle school.

会议由教研室郑海宁老师主持。张明凯老师对我们提出了殷切的期望，希望所有的英语老师能仔细听会，积极思考，认真落实。

The meeting was presided over by Zheng Haining from the teaching and research section. Zhang Mingkai the toppest teacher in our county ．He hopes that all the English teachers can listen carefully, think positively and conscientiously implement in our teaching process.

名师引领

第一位做课的是来自太村中学的李艳老师。她给我们带来的是一节别开生面的语法课-主谓一致。干练的谈吐，优雅的气质，丰富的经验让原本枯燥无味的语法课变得生动有趣。在每讲完一个原则之后，他都会让学生回顾总结，再配上相关的练习题，更加巩固了学生对这些语法的理解。

Li Yan, a teacher from Taicun Middle School brought the first class. she gave us a lesson about grammar. The eloquent conversation, elegant temperament and rich experience make the original boring grammar lesson more and more interesting. After each principle is finished, she let the students review and summarize ．the several exercises which further strengthen the students' understanding of these principles. 

看，孩子们听的多么认真呀！勤奋的你们最可爱，愿你们在2019年的中考中再创辉煌！愿你们永远快乐。Look！ the children are listening carefully ．you are the most lovely, I hope you will create more glory in the 2019 exam! May you be happy forever! 

第二位给我们带来示范课的是实验中学的马亚玲老师。她带来的是一节话题复习课-如何来描述人。幽默风趣的语言，流利的口语表达，贴近学生的话题示例一下子拉近了师生之间的距离。这节课给我们带来了新的教学理念和教学方法，将碎片知识系统化。将零碎的单词和短语用话题串起来。让我们大家耳目一新，受益匪浅！

The second teacher was Ma Yaling, a teacher at the Experimental Middle School. She brought a topic review class - how to describe people. Humorous and funny language, fluent oral expression, and the examples of the topic are close to students  .The distance between teachers and students became narrow. This lesson brings us new teaching concepts and teaching methods ． 经验介绍

第一位做报告老师是职田中学的李婷老师。她的报告的主题是如何有效的进行中考复习。李婷老师在2018年的中考中取得了优异的成绩。她是如何获胜中考，她有自己的法宝。优化课堂，激发兴趣，注重实效是她一贯的做法。整合教材，话题复习，自主命题，面批作文这些做法都值得我们认真思考和学习。 

　　The first teacher gave us a report  who is Li Ting, a teacher at the ZhiTian Middle school ．The theme of her report is how to effectively review ．she achieved excellent results in the 2018 exam. How did she win the exam, she has her own magic weapon. Optimizing the classroom, inspiring interest, and ing on effectiveness are her usual practices. Integrating teaching materials, topic review, autonomous propositions, and correct the students'compositions face to face ．these methods are all need us think and act in our class ．

第二位做报告的是来自原底中学的李阿利老师。她的报告的主题是有效复习，高效指导。一轮复习立足课本，夯实基础，有效复习。二轮复习小组合作，以点带面，整体提高。

第三位做报告的老师是来自土桥中学的赵伟老师，我们习惯地称他为英语界的神话。那是因为他每年的成绩都名列前矛。他的报告的题目是“中考英语复习的思考和实践中”。报告中他毫不吝啬的将他平时的一些好的复习经验给我们进行分享，引发了我们的思考。

这是我们最帅的男英语老师。看他们自信满满的笑容，一定会在今年的中考中取得优异的成绩。look at our handsome men teachers!your warm smile give us encouragement.

最后教研室郑海宁老师根据2018年阅卷情况做了一场关于“中考阅卷启示的报告”，从完成句子，任务型阅读和写作三大题型给我们提出宝贵的建议。指导了我们今后复习的方向。

大会在隆重的颁奖典礼中写画上了完美的句号！感谢优秀老师的不吝赐教。感谢经验丰富的老师们的绝招分享。在今后的教学中我们会不断思考，大胆尝试，勇于实践你们好的做法。

Water is from high mountains, the coming days would be long, we are gradually growing up and becoming better and better!During the process of sharing their teaching ideas, until now, I feel very nervous and worried , because in many aspects, I fall far behind them!I am determined to catch up with them by self-learning!let’work together ！make the studentsfly higher and highet! 山高水远，几多岁月在探索；来日方长， 历经磨砺走向卓越。在分享他们教学思想的过程中，直到现在，我都感到诚惶诚恐，因为在很多方面，我觉得自己远远落后于他们！而我能做的就是奋起直追！让我们共同努力为旬邑的孩子门插上一双英语地翅膀，让他们飞的更高更远。
