<h3> 天寒地冻的季节，每个华夏儿女心中都热切地期待着中国春节的到来，“小孩小孩你别馋，过了腊八就是年”，这腊八一到，年就越来越近了。</h3><h3> 腊八这个节，是从佛教而来。每年农历的腊月初八，是为佛陀成道日，在这一天，寺院要举行纪念法会，称为成道会，也称腊八会，并以“腊八粥”供佛享众。</h3><h3> “腊八粥”流传至民间，也因粥里内容的不同而出现了不同的版本，基本上以糯米、豆类、干果为主要原料，也有叫“八宝粥”的。今天我也煮了一大锅，来看看我的做法：</h3> <h3> 食材：糯米、红枣、核桃、花生、红豆、紫米、莲籽、桂圆干……如有葡萄干、枸杞、荸荠等也可放入。</h3><h3> 也有传说在“腊七腊八，冻掉下巴”的季节，一个穷苦人家已经断了粮，将装粮的口袋抖抖，将米缸扫扫，家里能找到的干枣、核桃之类都放进锅里，加上水熬煮成粥，得以生存。所以这个粥的材料无一定之规，随喜而做。</h3> <h3>用糯米有更好的粘性，粥可以煮的很软糯可口。</h3> <h3>先将红豆放进小高压锅煮软。</h3> <h3>因亊先没泡，如果泡一夜的话就不用先用高压锅煮了。</h3> <h3>其他食材也洗净泡一会儿。</h3> <h3>大锅加足够的水（二点五升），先将花生和核桃放入煮开。</h3> <h3>再将煮好的红豆倒入。</h3> <h3>再放入大枣，煮开后用勺撇去浮沫。</h3> <h3>继续煮十几分钟。</h3> <h3>放入泡了一小时的糯米，大火煮开。</h3> <h3>火不要拧太小，用中火保持锅内呈翻滚状态，并用大勺翻搅（煮粥没有巧，三十六下搅）。</h3> <h3>煮大约二十分钟后我分成了两锅，一锅给孩子们吃，放了白糖（也可放冰糖或红糖），一锅原味。关火后放置一、两个小时，使得味道和性状更融合。</h3> <h3>盛出后的性状是水米交融，软糯香甜的。</h3> <h3>有人说为什么不把所有材料放入高压锅一起压煮出来呢？这你就不懂了吧！这个粥做的时候站在炉火边一样一样材质放进去，一下一下用勺搅着，很多关于故土、关于亲情的片段便会在脑海中浮现，内心一定是暖暖的、有爱的，这些情感也会融入锅中，变成一种味道—家的味道。</h3> <h3>孩子们（学生）听了我关于八宝粥的故事，再吃便觉得格外香甜。</h3> <h3>我们身在海外，一碗粥也是中华文化的传承。</h3> <h3>吃了粥的孩子们倍儿精神吧！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
