2.如果我突发疾病，那是我自己身体有病，与参加同学聚会的同学没有任何关系。
3.如果我不幸受伤，那是我自己不小心，与参加同学聚会的同学没有任何关系。
4.如果我饮酒过量，那是我自己要喝的，与带酒的同学及参加同学聚会的同学没有任何关系。
5.如果我搭乘了同学驾驶的车辆发生意外，车辆的所有者和驾驶者免责，自己承担全部责任。
6.如果我携带老伴参加同学聚会，老伴也要遵守以上承诺。
7.我已经向我的法定继承人告知了我的如上承诺。他们表示理解和认可我的承诺。若有意外事件，他们必须尊重我的承诺。我要求我的法定继承人和亲友履行对我的承诺的认可，不得向参加同学聚会的任何人提出任何要求。
8.本承诺是我在神志清楚的情况下真实意志的表达。
