Looking at this thin layer of skin, it's hard to imagine the tarts we eat every time in the restaurant, but I am sure it is</h3> <h3>下面便是在蛋挞皮中加入些许的蛋挞液了,这可是一个考验你是否能够倒的刚刚好了</h3><h3>Here's a little tart on the tart skin. It's a test of whether you can just pour it.(and I think it isnot easy💁)</h3> <h3>最后,我们可以加入自己喜欢,吃的果酱或者是红豆,因为红豆具有清热去湿、消肿解毒、补血安神的功效,所以我们就多放了一点,但是老师却和我们说多加红豆蛋挞会坏掉,所以我们便又学到了一些东西😏</h3>Finally, we can add our favorite, eat jam or red beans, because red beans have the effect of clearing away heat and dampness, detoxification, blood tonic and soothing, so we put a little more, but the teacher told us that adding red bean tart will be bad, so we learned something more.😜
<h3>接下来,在蛋挞放入烤箱后,我们便开始准备下面我们要做的中国传统的美食了 👐</h3><h3>Next, after putting the tarts in the oven, we began to prepare the following traditional Chinese cuisine.👏<br></h3> <h3>这就是我们今天的重头戏了——月饼,虽然中秋节已经悄悄溜走,但是也无法阻挡同学们对于月饼的喜爱</h3> <h3>这便是我们做月饼要用的原材料了</h3><h3>This is the raw material we use to make moon cakes.(although it is not that we commen eat)</h3> <h3>首先我们需要把面粉倒入一个巨大的容器当中,接着开始缓慢的倒入开水,起初因为水太烫所以我们用到了打蛋器去搅拌面粉,可后来因为太慢,所以大家就开始用手搅拌,看着一个个手指被烫的蹦起来的同学,班级的气氛也就活跃了起来。🐬</h3><h3>First we need to pour the flour into a huge container, and then slowly pour it into the boiling water. At first we used an egg beater to mix the flour, because the water was too hot, but then because it was too slow, we began to mix it with our hands and watch the students jump up with their fingers burned. The atmosphere of the class was also good. And they became active.👯<br></h3> <h3>然后便是把揉好的面团放在称上称量</h3><h3> Then we put the kneaded dough on the weighing scale.</h3> <h3>终于到了包月饼的时候了,同学们都纷纷包上自己喜欢吃的馅料,我们的馅料有很多,有芝麻、南瓜、豆沙、凤梨、板栗、还有蛋黄的……🍻</h3><h3>Finally it's time to wrap the moon cakes. The students all wrap up their favorite fillings.
