font-size: 21.6px; orphans: 2; white-space: pre-line; widows: 2; line-height: 1.8;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 11.富含多种氨基酸,高营养。</span></h3><h3> 纳豆中含有的纳豆激酶其溶栓降脂作用毋庸置疑。现代溶栓类药物中大多含有纳豆激酶成份。日本人就有常吃纳豆的习惯,所以日本人血栓病患者数量极少。日本的超市就卖纳豆,可见食用纳豆在日本是很普遍的。</h3><h3></h3><h3></h3> <h3> 治疗血栓大多采用以下几种方式:</h3><h3> 1.药物扩张血管。</h3><h3> 2.药物减少血小板凝聚,抑制、减缓血栓形成。</h3><h3> 3.降脂溶栓。</h3><h3> ①药物降脂溶栓</h3><h3> ②食物降脂溶栓</h3><h3> 1、2、3①多为西药,这类药物的毒副作用和对人体肝脏肾脏的伤害众所周知。</h3><h3> 可以看出,1是纯治标之举,2是权宜之计,3①为优选方案。而3②才是最直接、最主动、最安全、切断源头的最好方案。<span style="line-height: 1.8;">纳</span><span style="line-height: 1.8;">豆的作用就是3②。较重的患者如果能把1、2、3有机结合,效果会更好。而较轻的患者,把2、3结合会更好。对那些没有明显症状或只是血黏度高、血脂高的人们,建议3②,即坚持常年食用纳豆。</span></h3><h3> 除降脂溶栓外,纳豆还有调整内分秘、调整血糖、调整血压、软化血管、降三高、美容养颜、改善睡眠、通便等功效。纳豆营养丰富,堪称物美价廉的营养品。</h3><h3> 日本人多把纳豆做为菜肴食用(但不能高温,高温会使活性纳豆激酶杀死)。建议常温每日食用两次,每次间隔12小时。因<span style="line-height: 30.6px;">为纳豆致活激酶进入</span><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">人体内后</span><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">的1至</span><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">12小时溶栓效果最佳</span><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">),</span>食用100到150克最好(如果每日一次,最好在晚上吃)。如果感到口感不好,可依个人口味,加些蜂蜜、果肉、花生碎、芝麻、核桃仁等调整口味口感。</h3></div></div> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#ed2308"> 纳豆的制作流程:</font></h1><h1><font color="#167efb"><b> 1、选豆</b></font></h1> 选非转基因黄豆(小粒黄豆最佳)400克,挑出半豆、霉豆。<br> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#167efb"><b>  2、泡豆</b></font></h1> 将选好的黄豆淘洗干净,控净水。加约豆重三倍的清水,常温浸泡约十小时。使豆膨胀为原来的二倍以上。<br> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#167efb"><b> 3、蒸豆</b></font></h1> 【用普通蒸锅】: <div> 第一遍:蒸约1.5小时。 <h3> 第二遍:控净水,撒入50克白糖,用灭过菌的筷子拌匀,上锅再蒸1小时,使白糖溶化附在黄豆表面做为培养基,有利于发酵<span style="line-height: 28.8px;">(糖尿病患者和血糖高者可不放白糖或少放白糖</span><span style="line-height: 28.8px;">)。</span>不要揭锅,焖二至四小时,黄豆变成褐色,<span style="line-height: 28.8px;">把豆蒸到手一捻就碎,控净豆里的水。</span></h3><h3><span style="font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.8;"> 【用高压锅】: </span></h3><h3> 用高压锅蒸豆事半功倍。</h3><h3> 第一遍:蒸30分钟,待自然泄压(气阀落下)。</h3><h3> 第二遍:(控净水,加白糖后)再压30分钟,自然泄压,再焖2至3小时,效果更好。</h3></div> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#167efb"><b>  4、接种</b></font></h1> 拿出黄豆,控净水。黄豆温度在35至45度时(接种温度很关键,要严格控制。如果达不到这个温度,可以再次加温),将0.6克(两小袋,不要看袋上说的用量,那样做不出好纳豆。)纳豆发酵菌(大超市、网上有售)撒入后用灭过菌的筷子搅伴均匀。<br> <h1><font color="#167efb"><b>  5.发酵</b></font></h1><h3><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;"> 用开水烫纳豆机(酸奶机或米酒机均可,网上有售,纳豆、酸奶、米酒</span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;">三功能一体也就几十元。)内胆和盖子灭菌。将纳豆机里放入1厘米高的开过的温水(也可以不放),</span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;">将盛豆的容器放入纳豆机内,盖上盖子(因为纳豆要有氧发酵,所以一定盖子要留缝或有透气孔。发酵过程中最好不开盖观察,以免杂菌侵入)。给电,选择发酵时间24小时(有些机器有三档:纳豆18小时,酸奶8小时,米酒36小时等,没有24小时档就选36小时,待到24小</span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;">时断电即可)。注意网上说的8小时和18小时,这个时间是不够的,这么短时间发酵是做不出高品质纳豆的。别听网上的,用网上方法成功率不高。我这是长期摸索出来的,成功之经验。</span></h3><h3><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;"> 如果室温低于20℃,则要保温,以确保发酵所需温度。</span></h3><h3></h3> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#167efb"><b>  6.成品出锅</b></font></h1> 发酵结束后,打开盖子,拿出容器,这时会看见黄豆上附着一层白膜,用灭过菌的筷子挑着会很黏,拔丝很多很长很韧。大功告成!<br> <h3></h3><h1><font color="#167efb"><b> 7.贮藏</b></font></h1> 留出当天吃的(放入冰箱冷藏室),其剩下的建议冷冻保存(待食用前两小时拿出在常温下自然解冻即可),冷冻不会使纳豆激酶活菌冻死的,大可放心。 最好用玻璃材质、小容量(吃一次的容量)、带盖子的容器盛纳豆,且一定做到盛纳豆前要用开水冲一下容器灭菌,以免杂菌感染而使纳豆品质下降或变质。、<br> <h3><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;">  除黄</span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;">豆可以做纳豆外,其它豆类也可以,如红豆、绿豆、黑豆等。只是黄豆做出的纳豆品质好些。 </span></h3><h1><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 28.8px;"><b><font color="#167efb"> 做到以上几点,您也一定能够做出高品质的纳豆。</font></b></span></h1><span style="font-size: medium;
