藏传佛教寺院外都挂着唐卡，因此殿内光线都很暗，这里是他们学习研修的地方，一排排坐垫，整齐干净，可容纳百人，墙上绘有精美的壁画，大殿的上空、柱子上挂满了精致的唐卡。讲解员用不标准的普通话为我们介绍了活佛、壁画、唐卡、礼乐器具、收藏等，我认真的听着，虽不信佛，但充满敬畏与好奇。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 早餐后，赴夏河，途经有“小麦加”之称的临夏市，领略独特的阿拉伯风情。参观市区内的东宫馆、八坊十三巷。中餐后前往夏河县参观全藏区格鲁派六大黄教宗主寺之一，藏传佛教的最高学府，拉卜楞寺。后游览美丽的桑科草原（距拉卜楞寺17公里）。晚上住宿夏河县
第四天：夏河－－碌曲县则岔石林－－碌曲县尕海湖鸟类保护区－－郎木寺（约260公里）
早上参观晨光下的拉卜楞寺，8.30听辩经。9:00出发，前往则岔石林风景区游览，它位于碌曲县城南52公里处的拉仁关乡则岔村，是一处由石杰岩组成的地貌景观。然后到尕海湖国家候鸟自然保护区游玩，尕海湖是一片未被开发的处女湖，至今仍保留着原始牧场的状况。下午前往誉为“中国小瑞士”之称的郎木寺镇。晚上住在郎木寺镇
第五天：朗木寺－－扎尕那－－迭部县 78公里313省道，213国道。

第六天：迭部－－若尔盖花湖风景区－－唐克乡黄河九曲第一弯（约231公里/5小时）
早餐后，前往若尔盖花湖高原湿地，花湖位于213国道旁，是热尔大坝草原上的一个天然海子。热尔大坝是我国仅次于呼伦贝尔大草原的第二大草原，海拔3468米。然后到黄河九曲第一弯观落日余晖下的草原黄河（宿唐克乡黄河第一弯景区边酒店）
第七天，唐克镇 －－瓦切镇－－月亮湾－－日干乔湿地－－川主寺一松潘古城（约350公里）
