<h3>做法简单,造型简单,调味简单,但是味道很不简单的&quot;培根芦笋卷&quot;</h3> <h3>主料 2人份</h3><h3>培根适量、芦笋适量</h3><h3>调料</h3><h3>黑椒汁适量</h3> <h3>将培根切成二等分</h3> <h3>将芦笋洗净后削去根部较老皮备用</h3> <h3>黑椒汁</h3> <h3>锅内烧水,水开后加入少许食盐和油,然后放入芦笋焯烫15秒</h3> <h3>将焯水后浸入冰水至凉透,凉透后捞起沥干水分切段备用</h3> <h3>取一片培根平铺在案板上,在上面放3根芦笋,将培根卷起芦笋,用牙签固定</h3> <h3>炒锅内倒入少许食油烧热,轻轻放入卷好的芦笋,小火煎3分钟</h3> <h3>中途不时用筷子夹着翻翻面</h3> <h3>将培根煎至焦香,抽出牙签,起锅装盘</h3> <h3>加少许水稀释黑椒汁煮开</h3> <h3>将黑椒汁淋上即可</h3>
