<h3>课程简介: This class is designed to teach vocabulary, reading, and writing skills through in-depth units based on excerpts of classic literature. Students will read each passage critically, practicing inference skills and analyzing the author's writing style. Students learn the vocabulary and writing techniques used by famous authors such as Jack London, Benjamin Franklin, Willa Cather, and Guy de Maupassant. She previously taught writing courses at the College of DuPage and at Northern Illinois University, and she currently teaches public speaking at a private nursing college. Her past experience also includes three years teaching High School English. Angela enjoys helping students learn how to effectively communicate their ideas and gain self-confidence. </h3>
