Here came our first English Corner this term. The topic was :What is your favorite saying？

本学期的第一次英语角来啦！本次的主题是你最喜欢的一句话。

Because of the rain，the activity was held in Bo Ya Xuan.由于下雨，本次活动改在博雅轩举行。

Our members had been waiting outside before the door was opened. When the foreign teachers came，the students greeted them happily and began to talk.

博雅轩的门还没开，俱乐部的成员们便在门外耐心等候。外教一到，学生们开心地跟他们打招呼并攀谈起来。

When they entered Bo Ya Xuan，they quickly seated themselves and shared their favorite saying with each other.

当同学们进入博雅轩后，他们迅速找地儿坐好，相互分享他们最喜欢的一句话。

The foreign teacher was sharing his favorite saying.

Under the guidance of our foreign teachers，the students talked about the sentences they liked and explained why.

在外教的带领下，学生们谈论他们喜欢的句子并解释原因。

Some students wrote down the sentences that they were interested in.

有些小伙伴还把他们听到的并且感兴趣的句子记了一来。

Everyone was listening attentively while their partners were talking.

当有同学发言的时候，每一个小伙伴都认真聆听。

We had a great time that afternoon ，talking and laughing.

那个下午，我们有说有笑，过得非常愉快！
