The yacht was launched in June 2007. The project was accepted and evaluated by the British experts and met the decoration and production standards of the world's top luxury yachts, and was greatly appreciated by the British businessmen. St Petersburg is the only city in the world to have its entire city area listed as a World Heritage Site and is known as a city of restored classical European architecture. The European classical buildings on Neva Street (now the Stokemann Centre), designed and built by Peter the Great at the end of the 18th century at the invitation of the great architects and sculptors of Western Europe, are the pinnacle of European classical architecture. However, after nearly 300 years in the weather, the complex is in a state of disrepair. In 2009, in the fierce competition, a Chinese man, Mr Li Wencheng, took the lead in restoring it to perfection on Neva Street in St Petersburg.
