<h3>喜饼,中国民间婚姻礼仪用品,是男方收到女方嫁妆后,回赠女方的礼品;也作聘礼送女方。现今亦应用于其他喜事场合。</h3><div><br></div><div><br></div> <h3>材明细</h3><div>主料</div><div>面粉500g</div><div>辅料</div><div>白糖100g</div><div>酵母5g</div><div>鸡蛋4个</div><div>温水30g</div><div>玉米油60g</div> <h3>面粉、白糖、酵母粉混匀。</h3> <h3>加4个鸡蛋、60g玉米油、30g温水和匀。</h3> <h3>和成面团发酵至2倍大。</h3> <h3>面揉匀排气,分成小剂子。</h3> <h3>擀成牛舌状。</h3> <h3>两边叠上再次擀成长条反复3-5次,使面团上劲儿,饼更好吃。<br></h3> <h3>揉成圆剂子。<br></h3> <h3>再擀成厚5亳米左右的圆饼</h3> <h3>锅中不放油,放入饼,小火煎。<br></h3> <h3>煎至两面都这样。<br></h3> <h3>成品</h3>
