Writing well about yourself means writing clearly and compellingly in order to engage others through your own experience. And it opens doors, whether you are applying for college or a job or simply wanting the increased self-knowledge that comes with capturing “a bit of life on paper.” <br><br>In this workshop, students will read classic personal essays from a variety of times and places and use them as models for their own writing. As a workshop, the teaching will take place both through instruction and through students sharing and reflecting on each others writing.<div><br></div><div><font color="#ff8a00">教师简介:</font></div><div>Dr.Patterson-Chair of the Shimer Great Books School and Director of the Lederman and Community Scholars Program of North Central College。He is also an expert of college application. </div>
